【What you will learn/gain experience with】

You will have opportunities for cross-national collaboration, as projects may be passed on from colleagues in other regions where we have 13 offices across Asia (Hong Kong/Taiwan/Thailand/Vietnam/China, etc.).

You will explore various industries within our client base and expand your marketing insights through our international team. It will be challenging, but fun!

【About the role】

As a Business Development Manager, your main focus is on actively seeking and closing new business opportunities. You'll develop and execute tailored media plans, selling a range of digital marketing solutions to potential partners and agencies. Your sales skills and ability to close deals will be pivotal to your success. Additionally, you'll conduct market research to inform your strategies and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Basic knowledge of social/digital marketing platforms such as META, Google, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, SEO, and SEM is required.

Requirements include:

  • 2+ years of work experience in sales & marketing within the ADVERTISING MEDIA FIELD.
  • Strong command of verbal and written English communication.
  • A degree in Business Management, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in client acquisition, proposal preparation, media planning, presentations, and closing deals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing comprehensive media plans to meet client needs.
  • Selling and marketing digital marketing solutions to partners and agencies.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Organizing and participating in sales visits.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key partners.
  • Conducting market research.
  • Performing administrative duties as assigned.
