Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain effective internal communication regarding learning needs and programs.
  • Manage training records, tracking, and filing efficiently.
  • Support hotel audits with training documentation following company and local authority guidelines.
  • Create a conducive learning environment and assist with HR-related activities and programs.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders regarding training needs.
  • Develop and implement the organization’s learning plan and conduct needs analysis.
  • Manage the annual training budget.
  • Source and liaise with external partners for learning and development.
  • Update employee orientation materials and conduct orientation sessions.
  • Monitor and coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Gather feedback post-training and assess program effectiveness.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.
