Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prepare full set of financial accounts across various industries.
  • Prepare Balance Sheet & Other supporting accounting schedule
  • Prepare and file quarterly GST returns in compliance with GST regulations.
  • Prepare and submit corporate income tax returns in compliance with regulatory deadlines.
  • Coordinate and liaise closely with external auditors during audits.
  • Follow up with clients on required documents and information.
  • Conduct client office visits as required to review financial records, provide accounting support and advice.
  • Manage and maintain accounting software.
  • Provide peer-to-peer support, as needed
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holders in Accountancy
  • Sound accounting knowledge is essential.
  • 1 to 2 years working experience, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • IT savvy and resourceful.
  • We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Must be able to multi-task and operate within a multiple-client environment.
  • Meticulous, with a great sense of urgency in meeting tight deadlines and is attentive to accuracy and details.
  • A team player and yet able to work independently to meet all deadlines.
  • Positive working attitude with pleasant and out-going personality.
  • Must be willing to work at various locations depending on client's requirements.
