Job description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Assisting in recruitment activities, including job advertisement posting
  • Assisting in onboarding new hires and the offboarding process for resigned staff
  • Monitoring and assisting in work pass administration, including new applications, renewals, cancellations, and purchasing of security bonds
  • Assisting in payroll administration, including the computation of overtime hours on Excel worksheets
  • Monitoring and maintaining up-to-date training records
  • Administration of leave and medical benefits
  • Setting up and maintaining personal files for employees
  • Performing any other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Possess a good sense of urgency, meticulousness, demonstrate initiative, and have good follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and be a good team player in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with payroll software is advantageous
  • Maintain a positive attitude and motivation
