Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for business negotiations in international oil trade, signing purchase and sales contracts, and overseeing the implementation process.

· Expand international oil trade customers and channels.

· Assist senior management or team members in developing overseas banking credit facilities.

· Collect and analyse international market policies and industry information related to oil trade.

· Develop various trade methods to achieve sales targets and ensure payment collection.

· Assist senior management in establishing sector-related policies and procedures.

· Responsible for consolidating departmental business data and conducting relevant business analysis.

Qualifications

· Education/Professional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in petrochemical engineering, international trade, or economics.

· Relevant Experience: At least 5 years of experience in international trade within the oil & gas industry, with a strong understanding of industry trends; industry client resources are preferred.

· Key Skills: Familiarity with the specific trading processes and regulations of international crude oil trade.

· Competencies: Strong market development, negotiation, communication, planning, and coordination skills.

· Language Proficiency: Strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, sufficient for use as a working language.

· Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and other office software applications.
