We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic team. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet our organization's business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assess requirements, and develop scalable solutions to optimize workflow and enhance overall business efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to address business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations.
• Provide expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
• Architect, design, and implement ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Conduct assessments and recommend improvements to existing ServiceNow implementations.
• Work closely with development and integration teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect in a professional setting.

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integrations, and custom application development.
• Experience in implementing ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
