Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced RPA Developer with a strong background in Blue Prism and a passion for integrating AI, LLMs (Large Language Models), and cloud-based automation platforms like Amazon Bedrock. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of intelligent automation, helping the organization drive operational efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using Blue Prism.

• Integrate RPA with AI/LLM tools, Amazon Bedrock, and Web Services/APIs to enhance automation capabilities.

• Utilize Blue Prism Decipher, Interact, and Hub for intelligent document processing and user interaction management (preferred).

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to assess automation feasibility and define requirements.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).

• Perform process assessments and recommend automation strategies aligned with business goals.

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing RPA bots to ensure optimal performance.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and issue resolution for RPA-related problems.

• Engage stakeholders to align automation solutions with evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on RPA development experience (Blue Prism preferred).

• Proven experience integrating RPA with AI models, Amazon Bedrock, Web Services, and automation frameworks.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Blue Prism RPA tools and best practices.

• Proficiency in Java or C# for extending and integrating automation solutions.

• Experience with REST APIs and Web Services integration.

• Hands-on use of Blue Prism Decipher, Interact, and Hub is a plus.
