Job Description

Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify emerging learning and development needs, and implement learning strategies or programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Perform learning needs analysis and design learning plans to address and bridge skill gaps across various employee groups.

Contribute to the development of the company's competency framework.

Evaluate L&D policies to align with organizational goals and industry best practices, ensuring all learning initiatives meet company standards.

Manage entire learning activities, logistics, and administration to ensure seamless execution, including preparing learning materials and coordinating learning programs or events.

Assess training effectiveness by gathering feedback, conducting post-training evaluations, analyzing performance metrics, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Support the review of job scopes, job evaluations, performance management activities, and the implementation of high-potential (HIPO) initiatives and leadership development programs.

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 5-6 years of HR experience in L&D or Organization Development.
  • Experience in the Engineering industry will be an added advantage.
  • Possession of an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) will be an added advantage.
