Junior HR Specialist (MATERNITY COVER)

Job Duties:

  • Maintain, update, and troubleshoot employees’ digital HR files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners on new hires’ onboarding and outstanding documents.
  • Manage the HR Shared Services email inbox, ensuring queries are resolved within a 2-working-day turnaround time.
  • Provide immigration support, including work pass and dependant pass applications, issuance, renewal, and billing in Singapore.
  • Liaise with external benefit providers for benefit enrollment/termination, employee insurance claims verification, and processing of insurance invoices.
  • Oversee job postings on government hiring portals (e.g., MCF), ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Handle various HR administrative duties, including drafting employment contracts and addendums, system updates, and staff movement notifications.
  • Manage employee benefits such as corporate passes and employee share plans.
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in HR Management or other related qualifications.
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel (Knowing VLookUp / Pivot Table is advantageous) and HRIS systems like Timesoft and SuccessFactors.
  • Singaporeans only.
