- Perform hands-on configuration of POS-related updates
- Perform troubleshooting and analysis of POS and associated backend systems
- System management of POS solutions and back end infrastructure
- Conduct POS System Training to customers
- Perform Administration implementation and setup of Cloud platform
- Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1 years IT support experience
- Experience in Window Servers, Basic LAN and WAN
- Knowledge of setting up of Cloud platform such as IBM, Azure, AWS etc
- Experience in router/switches/POS will be added advantage
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
