As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute plans to grow clinic revenue and attract new patients

  • Identify new business opportunities (e.g. partnerships, referrals, corporate wellness programs)

  • Promote clinic services to individuals, companies, doctors, and healthcare providers

  • Set and achieve sales targets to support clinic growth

  • Monitor performance and report key business metrics to management

  • Build strong relationships with patients, referral sources, and corporate partners

  • Follow up with existing clients to maintain satisfaction and encourage repeat visits

  • Manage key accounts, including VIP and corporate clients

  • Work with marketing to create campaigns that boost clinic visibility

  • Represent the clinic at events, health talks, roadshows, and wellness activities

  • Help develop marketing materials (e.g. brochures, social media content, promos)

  • Collaborate with clinical staff to develop new service offerings or packages

  • Collect and review client feedback to improve service quality

  • Assist in pricing, promotions, and bundling of services

  • Ensure business strategies align with clinic operations for a smooth client experience

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field

  • At least 3–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or healthcare-related roles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

  • Target-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

  • Good planning, organizational, and time-management skills
