As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Job responsibilities:
Develop and execute plans to grow clinic revenue and attract new patients
Identify new business opportunities (e.g. partnerships, referrals, corporate wellness programs)
Promote clinic services to individuals, companies, doctors, and healthcare providers
Set and achieve sales targets to support clinic growth
Monitor performance and report key business metrics to management
Build strong relationships with patients, referral sources, and corporate partners
Follow up with existing clients to maintain satisfaction and encourage repeat visits
Manage key accounts, including VIP and corporate clients
Work with marketing to create campaigns that boost clinic visibility
Represent the clinic at events, health talks, roadshows, and wellness activities
Help develop marketing materials (e.g. brochures, social media content, promos)
Collaborate with clinical staff to develop new service offerings or packages
Collect and review client feedback to improve service quality
Assist in pricing, promotions, and bundling of services
Ensure business strategies align with clinic operations for a smooth client experience
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
At least 3–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or healthcare-related roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Target-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Good planning, organizational, and time-management skills
