An established industry player is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee carpark operations and support the property management team. This role involves coordinating with tenants, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations of carpark-related matters. Job Responsibilities
1) Responsible for all Carpark related matters:
· Coordinate with carpark users, tenants and all parking matters and handle all enquires on carpark related matters.
· Manage the application, renewal, termination and programming of season parking.
· Daily settlement report checks for hourly parking (Nets & LTA) and monthly reconciliation on Nets and LTA settlement vs actual bank statement receipts.
· Liaise with carpark system vendor, NETS and LTA on all operation matters.
· Prepare and submit periodic management reports on carpark usage, revenue, and operational issues.
· Keep stock of carpark stationery to replenish, if required.
2) Provide support to Operations team within the property:
· Attend and respond to general enquiries received via email.
· Act as SAP Purchaser by generating purchase orders in SAP system.
· Manage digital documents including scanning/digitizing documents for easy storage and retrieval, entering and updating data in Share Points.
· Assist Senior Executives in tenants’ fitting-out matters, onboarding and offboarding of tenants, updating, retrieval and filing of drawings, etc.
· Assist in programming and maintaining the records of access cards issued to tenants.
· Assist in Fire Evacuation Exercise, building events, organise staff welfare activities for the team, etc.
3) Cover/perform other administration duties in the absence of the Administrative Assistant.
4) Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
· Minimum GCE “O/N” Levels, Higher Nitec in Business Administration or equivalent.
· Minimum 2 years of general administration, including managing carpark related matters.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Share Point.
· Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
· Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
· Good telephone skills and professional email etiquette.
