Job Responsibilities
Manage leasing, renewal, contract signing, and subsequent administration of the overseas office to ensure workspace stability and regulatory compliance.
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis and manage quarterly budgeting.
Lead workspace planning, office furniture procurement, relocation arrangements, and daily maintenance of the Singapore office to foster an efficient and comfortable work environment.
Coordinate employee access card issuance, access control, and office supply allocation to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage company seals and official stamp usage.
Provide daily administrative support to the international business team.
Coordinate administrative and logistical matters between headquarters and the Singapore office to ensure smooth communication, resource sharing, and a well-maintained work environment.
Support the execution of company culture activities, monitor team-building expenses, and assist with employee welfare distribution.
Efficiently complete other tasks assigned by superiors and provide strong support to the team.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Administrative Management or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in administration or related roles; prior experience managing an overseas office is a plus.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English, as you will be liaise with China counterparties. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic financial budgeting.
