  • 6 months maternity contract with completion bonus.
  • At least 5 years of HR Generalist and Operations experience within Legal / Professional Services industries.
  • Strong communicator with regional stakeholder management experience.

This role serves as the face of HR, building strong relationships across all employee levels. The HR Advisor will oversee daily HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle while collaborating with key functions such as Recruitment, Rewards, L&D, and Payroll.

Responsibilities

Graduate Recruitment:

  • Manage graduate recruitment programs, including application screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Organize trainee programs, including onboarding, inductions, and rotations.
  • Liaise with universities and student groups for recruitment events and promotions.

HR Operations:

  • Handle HR matters across the employee lifecycle, such as contracts, payroll, onboarding, and leaver processes.
  • Maintain accurate HR database records and ensure employee benefits enrollment.
  • Provide policy advice and support employees on HR-related concerns.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Oversee regulatory processes for lawyer certifications and practice rights.
  • Stay updated on employment law changes and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Rewards and Benefits:

  • Coordinate performance reviews, salary adjustments, and bonus distribution.

Diversity and Inclusion:

  • Collaborate with internal committees to promote diversity and maintain engagement.
Skills and Qualifications
