Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert immigration guidance to clients and address inquiries related to immigration procedures.

• Evaluate client qualifications for diverse immigration and visa pathways and provide customized advice.

• Regularly communicate with clients regarding their application statuses and deliver timely progress reports.

• Establish and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and fostering referral opportunities.

• Stay informed on updates and amendments in immigration regulations to offer clients the most accurate guidance.

• Achieve sales objectives and actively contribute to expanding the company's market presence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma in Law, International Relations, Business, or a related discipline (preferred).

• Comprehensive understanding of immigration laws, policies, and processes; legal experience advantageous.

• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities, adept at building trust with clients from varied backgrounds.
