Job Description of Client Success Manager
What you will do:
  1. Build strong rapport with key client stakeholders and own the entire client lifecycle from onboarding, launch, ongoing relationship management, to engagement initiatives, quarterly reviews, and driving business growth through renewals by increasing annual recurring revenue and reducing churn risk.
  2. Enhance client satisfaction and trust by boosting adoption, retention, and engagement through proactive monitoring, analysis of client data, providing recommendations, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  3. Demonstrate expertise in ThoughtFull's products, services, and engagement initiatives, including clear demonstration sessions.
  4. Develop and deliver activation programs and engagement plans at scale, collaborating with internal teams to drive education, increase engagement, and create meaningful impact based on client needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in client success, account management, change management, or strategic Human Resources within medium to large organizations (experience in SaaS or management consulting is a plus), managing multiple projects with high revenue or diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong professional conduct, excellent stakeholder management skills (from staff to C-suite), and tailored written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen, detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to derive insights and drive success metrics such as engagement and utilization.
  • Proactive, quick learner, resourceful, disciplined, and committed to quality work.
  • Innovative in improving processes and team efficiency while achieving client impact.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment with ambiguity.
  • Experience working with HR professionals is an advantage.
