A rare opportunity for an experienced finance leader to join a forward-thinking organisation with regional operations across Southeast Asia and China. Our client are looking for a Group Head of Finance who will partner closely with the CEO to shape and execute the company vision — building a high-performing, future-ready finance function that drives strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, and long-range forecasting
• Establish robust financial governance and drive business performance through insightful analysis and KPI reporting
• Lead digital transformation within the finance function – integrating automation, digital tools, and innovation
• Drive optimal capital allocation, manage liquidity and risk, and support executive decision-making
• Build and mentor a strong team across corporate and business unit levels, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability
• Represent finance at the leadership level, translating data into actionable business insights for internal and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a regional or group finance leadership role (China & SEA exposure preferred)
• Proven track record in people development and business partnering
• ACCA-qualified, with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (Master’s degree preferred)
• Strategic mindset with strong financial acumen, commercial judgment, and change management capabilities
