Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Development & Succession Planning

  • Lead the design and execution of talent development programs including HiPo (High Potential) development, career pathing, and leadership pipelines.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify successors and critical roles, ensuring robust talent pipelines.

  • Conduct talent reviews and oversee development action plans.

2. Performance Management

  • Oversee the implementation of the performance management framework.

  • Support the business with calibration sessions and goal-setting processes aligned to strategic objectives.

  • Drive a culture of continuous feedback and development.

3. Leadership & Capability Development

  • Design and implement leadership development initiatives at all levels.

  • Identify competency gaps and work with L&D teams to build capability-building programs.

  • Partner with external consultants and training vendors where necessary.

4. Strategic HR Projects

  • Contribute to global and regional talent initiatives, including DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), employee engagement, and employer branding.

  • Provide data-driven insights through talent analytics and dashboards.

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on talent-related matters.

  • Work closely with HRBPs, recruitment, and learning teams to ensure alignment across all talent initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • Min 12 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development and Performance Management.

  • Experience in a MNC setting is preferred.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Knowledge of Singapore employment practices and regional HR trends.

  • Proficiency in talent management systems and HR analytics tools is a plus.
