Job description

Our client is a MNC in the Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Payroll Executive to join their Human Resources team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East – easily accessible.

The responsibilities of the Payroll Executive includes:

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including overtime and reimbursement validation

  • Ensure accurate maintenance of payroll and personnel records in HRM systems

  • Oversee leave administration and system updates for entitlements

  • Track and follow up on contract renewals, confirmations, and resignations

  • Handle payroll and statutory-related queries and service requests

  • Coordinate exit clearance procedures for departing employees

  • Liaise with system vendors for enhancements to meet policy needs

  • Support insurance benefits administration and employee claims coordination

  • Prepare payroll reports and documentation for audits

  • Assist with compensation & benefits activities, including letter issuance and policy reviews

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in HR related discipline

  • Min 4 years of experience in handling payroll with more than 300 headcounts

  • Proficient in using Excel
