Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and overall performance of our cleaning services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring service excellence, optimizing operational processes, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.


Roles & Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate cleaning staff across multiple sites to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • To assign duties, inspect work performed in accordance with the "Daily Inspection Checklist" to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain hygiene standards and client satisfaction.
  • Implement and recommend operation plans to improve work processes and service quality for the organization
  • Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Address and resolve client concerns or service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on operational performance and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a cleaning or facilities management role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel between sites and work outside of regular hours as required.
