Job description

Summary

• Salary up $4500

• Monday to Friday (44 hours per week)

• Location: West / East / Central / North-East
  

  Job Scope :

  1. Design and deliver engaging teaching and caregiving activities that prioritize children's safety and wellbeing, aligned with curriculum frameworks and principles.

  2. Effectively use the Centre’s software systems to streamline administrative tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.

  3. Set up developmentally appropriate learning spaces with relevant materials and resources that support children’s growth.

  4. Assess children’s learning and development through documentation to enhance curriculum planning and teaching strategies.

  5. Stay updated on emerging sector trends to explore and apply new and effective teaching and learning approaches.

  6. Build strong partnerships through effective communication, and encourage collaboration with families to ensure continuity between home and Centre learning.

  7. Develop, implement, and evaluate outreach initiatives to strengthen family and community ties and improve Centre programmes.

  8. Commit to continuous learning, reflect on current practices, and advocate for the Centre’s mission, vision, and values to uplift service quality.
