Job Description:
Processing medication orders and packing in accordance to SOP
Performed medications counselling, inhalers technique counselling, warfarin counselling to the patients
Responded to queries or drug information to patients, healthcare professionals, and/or public
Review and process medication orders and provided pharmaceutical care plan to the patient
Performed medication reconciliation, to identify medication(s) taken prior to admission, drug related problems leading to current admission and documented it
Handling stocks and order supplies of medicines in unit of dose to the ward
Maintaining inventories of pharmaceuticals with appropriate storage
Carry out cycle count and stock accuracy
Requirement:
Recognized Diploma in pharmaceutical science
Meticulous
Keen interest in healthcare
