Responsibilities:
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of silver conductive paste and its manufacturing.
  • Coordinate raw material procurement and support purchase order preparation.
  • Manage purchasing of consumables and equipment components.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing schedules to meet production targets.
  • Operate equipment and perform quality inspections on finished products.
  • Continuously assess and enhance manufacturing processes for improved performance.
  • Oversee mass production transitions and verify initial batch quality.
  • Liaise with local and international suppliers and vendors.
  • Manage routine equipment inspections and ensure timely maintenance.
  • Create own and member's objectives/goals
  • Interview with team members for evaluation
  • Cooperate with R&D members
  • Troubleshoot problems/issues to operate TKSG Plant with members
  • Communicate with building owners and government agencies
  • Adhere to ISO9001 quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in chemical manufacturing.
  • Proficient in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking) for effective communication with the Japan HQ team and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Solid understanding of quality management standards and health & safety regulations.
