About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global E-commerce Channel Manager to lead our efforts across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Shopee, and Zalora.

You will oversee and lead both the day-to-day execution and the strategy of our e-commerce on various platforms, ensuring optimal performance, seamless operations, and exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth, manage inventory, enhance brand presence, and resolve issues effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Ecommerce Strategy - Lead the implementation of our e-commerce strategy globally across Amazon, Shopee, Zalora, and other platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
  • Campaign Execution - Oversee the setup and execution of campaigns on e-commerce platforms, including reporting, campaign mechanics, and coordination with marketing and creative teams to optimise performance and drive sales.
  • Listing Optimization - Create and optimise product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and other online assets that adhere to brand guidelines and enhance discoverability and conversion rates.
  • Inventory Management - Monitor stock levels and collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure adequate inventory levels across all marketplaces, minimising stockouts and maximising sales opportunities.
  • Relationship Management - Manage relationships with Amazon team to negotiate on the best deals for our product listings and advertisement slots
  • Performance analysis - Utilise data analytics tools to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and draw actionable insights to optimise campaigns, product listings, and overall e-commerce performance.
  • Reporting - Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting on selling performance including forecasting, P&L management and reporting to the Head of Growth
  • Resolving marketplace issues - Identify and manage all product and marketplace issues for resolution with Amazon Seller Support, including enforcement of intellectual property infringements with Amazon Brand Registry Support.
  • Develop promotion strategy - Develop and implement promotional strategies around key Amazon Event windows Ex. Prime Day, Holidays, Cyber Monday, etc.

Your Profile

  • Experience - A minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and growth on platforms like Amazon, Shopee, and Zalora. Experience with Amazon International Marketplaces a plus (US, CA, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, AU, IN, SG)
  • Strategic Thinker- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective e-commerce strategies that drive business results and enhance brand visibility.
  • Analytical Skills - Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to leverage insights to make informed decisions and optimise performance.
  • Collaborative Spirit - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities - Proactive and resourceful problem solver, with the ability to anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership Skills - Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive change, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's Degree - A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
