Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. We are the main Contractor and liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.

2. Verify the overall list of errors, construction details, design issues, defects, and variations based on construction plans and drawings before construction and/or processing payments to subcontractors.

3. Manage personnel and organizational functions such as on-the-job coaching and tracking employees' productivity.

4. Handle project assignments by management, including planning, forecasting, tracking subcontractor work progress, providing weekly schedules, and conducting daily coordination meetings to ensure project timelines are met. Also, organize logistics for daily operational needs.

5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Possess a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with at least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with a main contractor (A1).

• Experience in managing deliverables and milestones: on time, within budget, and meeting business needs.

• Good people management skills to coordinate among various disciplines and teams on the project.

• Possess excellent problem-solving skills.

• Working location: Jurong West Area.
