Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior ES (HR) Generalist, ASEAN to join our team. This role will play a key part in driving ES initiatives, supporting employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and partnering with business leaders to deliver best-in-class ES support. The ideal candidate has a strong generalist background and is capable of handling a broad range of ES functions day-to day management of ES operations with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for ES-related queries and support across multiple employee touchpoints

  • Provide guidance on ES policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Managing the Full employee life cycle which includes onboarding, offboarding, systems, reporting, answering to employee requests, handling awards, payroll prep etc. This also includes applying advanced interviewing skills and managing the recruiting process with business and recruiting, being able to handle problems during recruiting process.

  • Drive performance management and employee development initiatives by support/assist with the implementation of core ES programs like comp planning, performance management at manager level.

  • Serve as the first touch point to collect, analyse, and interpret ES-related data across key areas such as headcount, turnover, recruitment, performance, compensation planning exercise, and employee engagement. Lead the development and maintenance of dashboards and regular reports to provide actionable insights to ES and business leaders such as identifying Top or Low performers proactively.

  • Ensure data integrity in HRIS - WorkDay, and partner with HRIS or IT teams for system improvements or data corrections.

  • Facilitate training sessions on ES programs and targeted professional development trainings.

  • Assist with complex employee relations matters, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts when needed.

  • Work on complex restructuring cases with support of ES BP.

  • Partner with managers and finance to support workforce planning and organizational development.

  • Ensure legal compliance with employment laws and regulations

  • Maintain ES documentation and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality

  • Support compensation and benefits administration in coordination with payroll and finance

  • Contribute to employee engagement, retention, and culture-building efforts.

  • Mentor junior ES team members and support continuous process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in a generalist ES role, preferably in a mid to large-sized organization.

  • Demonstrates strong data analysis skills and a high sensitivity to numbers, ensuring accuracy and insight in preparing and interpreting ES-related reports and metrics. High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality

  • Solid understanding of labor laws and ES best practices.

  • Proven ability to build trust and work effectively across all levels of an organization

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting manufacturing and sales organizations in ASEAN.

  • Exposure to change management and organizational development
