Job summary
A leading company in Singapore is seeking an administrative support staff to manage document arrangements, generate delivery orders, and assist both operations and sales teams. The role requires a minimum ITE qualification and computer literacy. A part-time Saturday shift is required every three weeks.
Responsibilities
- Arrangement and keeping records of various documents.
- Generate delivery orders, forms, marking, labels etc.
- Provide admin support to ops and sales teams.

- Arrangement and keeping records of various documents
- Generate delivery orders, forms, marking, labels etc
- Support ops - working closely with ops team to provide admin support including preparing of certificates, picking of light stocks, inventory control, liaise with forwarders, agents for deliveires where necessary
- Support sales team - provide admin support
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min. ITE
- One Saturday (half day) Every three weeks
- Computer literate
