Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior management and executives.

  • Prepare and format reports, documents, presentations, and meeting materials.

  • Perform accurate data entry and ensure proper maintenance of databases and records.

  • Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, and internal/external communications on behalf of senior management.

  • Coordinate calendar schedules, arrange meetings, and handle travel and accommodation bookings.

  • Monitor and manage meeting reminders, appointments, and follow-ups.

  • Support the organization of meetings and events, including preparing venues and arranging refreshments as needed.

  • Assist President in coordinating recruitment for all positions with screening resume and posting ads.

  • Organize and update employee personnel records and ensure organization charts stay current.

  • Oversee office supply procurement and manage mail and courier services.

  • Uphold professionalism and apply best business practices and etiquette in all interactions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and effective time management abilities.
