Salary: Up to $6,500/month + Performance Bonus
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior management and executives.
Prepare and format reports, documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
Perform accurate data entry and ensure proper maintenance of databases and records.
Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, and internal/external communications on behalf of senior management.
Coordinate calendar schedules, arrange meetings, and handle travel and accommodation bookings.
Monitor and manage meeting reminders, appointments, and follow-ups.
Support the organization of meetings and events, including preparing venues and arranging refreshments as needed.
Assist President in coordinating recruitment for all positions with screening resume and posting ads.
Organize and update employee personnel records and ensure organization charts stay current.
Oversee office supply procurement and manage mail and courier services.
Uphold professionalism and apply best business practices and etiquette in all interactions.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and effective time management abilities.
