An established industry player is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the contract lifecycle in their expanding 3rd Party Logistics business. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and executing various contracts while ensuring compliance with regulations and mitigating risks. Our client is a global leading conglomerate in supply chain; due to expansion they are looking for a Contracts Manager for the 3rd Party Logistics businesses.
Draft, review, and execute various contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, and non-disclosure agreements.
Manage the entire contract lifecycle in timely manner, also ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, regulations and mitigate risks.
Maintain accurate and organized contract records and databases.
Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks or issues.
Liaise with legal counsel to ensure contracts are compliant with internal policies and external regulations when necessary.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on contract and compliance matters.
Facilitate review and negotiation of contractual terms including but not limited to code of conduct, data privacy, data security, quality compliance, export control, etc.
Address any issues that arise with customer or supplier performance or contract breaches.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, engineering, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, with a combination of:
Experience in contract administration, compliance, procurement or a related field.
Experience in drafting, reviewing, or managing agreements or proposals is highly desirable.
Ability to analyze and interpret contract terms and conditions.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerApps).
Strong understanding of contract law and the ability to negotiate with external stakeholders
