Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Manage daily sales operations to achieve budgeted sales targets and gross margins.
• Develop new customer accounts through regular prospecting and relationship-building.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to optimize selling prices and ensure profitability.
• Monitor competitors’ activities to identify threats and opportunities for business growth.
• Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with Group Strategic Goals to drive market share.

Reporting & Strategic Planning

• Compile reports and forecasts, including project pipelines and Sales Action Plans.
• Prepare and present Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports for internal and customer updates.

Project Handover & Execution

• Take over awarded projects from Tender/Sales team and ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare Project Execution Plan (PEPL) including scope of work, document/material submission lists, and project schedules.
• Design and review drawings/documents for timely submission and approval by the client.

Procurement & Coordination

• Initiate Purchase Requisitions for required project materials, ensuring timely procurement in coordination with purchasing teams and suppliers/subcontractors.
• Plan site manpower requirements and coordinate with the Superintendent, Site Supervisor, and Construction Manager for smooth on-site execution.

Project Monitoring & Client Engagement

• Track and follow up on all submissions and ensure timely approvals from clients.
• Attend regular client meetings and manage customer expectations through proactive communication and documentation (submissions, agendas, minutes of meetings).
• Maintain and update project schedules, addressing potential delays or risks.

Project Close-Out & Compliance

• Prepare all handover and project completion documents.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and Project Quality Plans (PQP).
• Organize required safety training for all project and site team members.

Ad-hoc Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support business and project success.

Requirements :

• Must possess own transport due to the job requirement in travelling multiple location in Singapore.

• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
