Job Description

Hardware Support

• Provide hardware support and first-line response to computer users in the Company.
• Manage and maintain all hardware of the Group, including printers, fax machines, photocopiers, telecommunication systems, etc.
• Manage and liaise with third-party support providers for hardware-related matters.

Networking

• Manage and maintain the Group’s networking hardware and software.
• Coordinate with third-party support providers for networking-related matters.

SAP

• Provide functional and technical support to users of SAP Business One.
• Implement and enhance the Business Intelligence System (QlikView) for management reporting.
• Troubleshoot SAP B1 system problems.
• Manage and monitor backup and disaster recovery systems for SAP B1.
• Conduct user training sessions.
• Manage and liaise with third-party SAP B1 support providers.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Preferably with 2 years of practical experience in SAP Business One.
• Experience with Business Intelligence is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and proficiency in writing SQL queries.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networks and DNS servers.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good communication skills with internal and external users/customers.
