Job Summary:The Manager will play a key role in driving the success of the company’s investment strategy, overseeing the full lifecycle of real estate transactions—ranging from deal origination and due diligence to execution and asset management. This role offers exposure to both local and international markets and requires a strategic thinker with strong financial and transactional acumen.
Responsibilities:1. Strategic Investment & Capital Recycling Planning- Contribute to the development and implementation of investment strategies aligned with the company’s broader business objectives.
- Support strategic planning for capital deployment and recycling initiatives to optimise portfolio returns.
2. Deal Origination & Execution- Proactively source, evaluate, and recommend potential real estate investment and divestment opportunities mainly across the different asset types under the living sector.
- Lead end-to-end execution of transactions, including:
- Conducting feasibility assessments and detailed due diligence.
- Building and analysing financial models to support investment decisions.
- Preparing investment memos and presenting to internal stakeholders and investment committees.
- Managing internal workflows and liaising with external advisors, consultants, and legal counsel.
3. Transaction Structuring- Develop appropriate transaction structures that balance commercial objectives with risk management considerations.
- Advise on deal terms, partnership frameworks, and capital structures tailored to specific investment opportunities.
4. Asset Management & Value Enhancement- Monitor the performance of development and investment assets to ensure alignment with strategic targets.
- Prepare regular investment review reports, performance updates, and asset management plans.
- Identify and implement value creation initiatives across the portfolio.
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, preferably with exposure to both development and income-producing assets.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment analysis, and transaction processes.
- Proficient in financial modelling and quantitative analysis, with a solid grasp of valuation methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally, and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of initiative, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial analysis tools; familiarity with Argus or other industry software is a plus.
