About AiSee:

AiSee is building the most intuitive cognitive companion that overcomes disabilities so we can be a better version of ourselves. We believe in the curb-cut effect. As such, our first product is a headset and voice companion for the blind and visually-impaired community.

Role:

We’re looking for a Commercialisation Manager to provide cross-functional execution and support that drive business performance. You’ll own the full journey that turns concepts into market-ready, revenue-generating products.

Key responsibilities:

  • Size markets, segment customers, and set go-to-market plans
  • Craft monetisation models and pricing tests
  • Own the roadmap from discovery to release, balancing user value vs. business impact
  • Define success metrics, instrument analytics, and iterate based on data
  • Source, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships and distribution deals
  • Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts
  • Drive cross-team OKR alignment; flag risks and remove roadblocks
  • Support marketing and product launch campaign

What we are looking for:

  • 2-5 years professional experience in strategy, commercialisation and operations.
  • Proven ability to nurture partnerships and relationships.
  • Understand product development roadmaps.
  • Market aware.
  • Strength and affinity with data and analytics.
  • Clear communication and a bias for action in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and independent approach to work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative mindset.
