About the Team:

You will be an integral part of a dynamic team focused on driving the adoption of our services/products and building strong stakeholder relationships. This role will be crucial in linking our offerings with potential users.

About the Role:

As the Engagement & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for both building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external users and driving the adoption of our services/products through effective marketing efforts. This will involve direct engagement with users, as well as developing and executing marketing strategies to reach a wider audience and generate interest.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as the point of contact for potential and existing internal and external users, managing their expectations and ensuring they receive a high level of service and information.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with user stakeholders, understanding their needs and challenges to tailor our offerings. Share product details and value propositions with potential users to drive interest and adoption. Gather feedback from user interactions to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to create awareness and generate leads among internal and external users for our services/products.

Create compelling marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, website content, and social media updates, to explain the product's features and benefits.

Organize industry events to showcase our offerings and engage with potential users.

Develop and maintain online presence through website updates, social media engagement, and other digital channels.

Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize efforts and measure ROI among our target userbase.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, leveraging this knowledge to inform marketing strategies and user engagement.

Requirements:

Background in in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

2 - 4 years of proven working experience in an Engagement Manager, Marketing Manager, or a similar user-facing role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating marketing materials and engaging with users.

Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities to manage both engagement and marketing tasks.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically about both user needs and market trends.

Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external.

Familiarity with marketing tools and technologies

Ability to excel under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
