We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as the Qeelin Singapore Changi Airport Boutique Manager. Reporting to the North and Southeast Asia General Manager, you will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams of International Travel Retail and other departments.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

  • Serve as a liaison between Qeelin and our official operators, as the store will be managed by CDFG.
  • Manage and train the CDFG sales team, including regular training and mentoring according to company principles.
  • Lead and manage store opening activities.
  • Develop and execute strategic boutique team action plans in response to retail climate and sales targets.
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Create regular reports and maintain good communication with the NSEA General Manager and office teams.
  • Conduct luxury clienteling, deliver excellent boutique service, grow the VIP database, and handle customer follow-ups and issues.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and stock quality.
  • Implement brand values through practices and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams on promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives, including partnerships with airlines, hotels, and other travel industry entities.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, considering travel retail challenges.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to improve operations and competitiveness.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience in leading store openings.
  • At least 10 years of relevant luxury retail experience, with 3+ years in management within the Travel Retail industry. Jewelry and watches experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to respond effectively to retail environment changes.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with high integrity.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and related applications.
