About the Role

As an Associate Director – Public Sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our IT services. This position involves full ownership of engagement delivery, client relationship management, and new business development, especially within the public sector. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where innovation and proactive thinking are encouraged. Dealing mostly at the C level & Senior Management level, you will be providing a complete solution to suit the customer’s business requirements. You will be given some existing Accounts to ensure the role has a right mix of hunting and mining opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery and execution of multiple client engagements in the public sector, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and establishing long-term credibility.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing and expanding relationships within existing client accounts.
  • Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with customers, positioning Optimum as a trusted partner for large-scale and profitable IT engagements.
  • Plan and execute solution led sales in integrated services space, not limited to but including application Maintenance, Application Development & infrastructure services etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in business development and account management within the IT consulting with a focus on public sector in Singapore
  • Strong understanding of the solutions regarding technology services
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth in large scale deals within public sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
