Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies aligned with organizational goals.
2. Oversee management of network infrastructure, servers, storage, and cloud systems.
3. Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with relevant standards.
4. Lead and manage the IT infrastructure team, providing guidance and fostering collaboration.
5. Manage vendor relationships, evaluate contracts, and oversee IT budget.
6. Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability.
7. Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and incident reports.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. At least 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
3. Strong knowledge of network administration, server management, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
4. Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams.
5. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
6. Certifications in ITIL, MCSE, CCNA, or cloud platforms are preferred.
