1. Job Description

• Assist and support the Project Manager in handling and monitoring the progress of the project.
• Have experience with timber formwork and rebar work; lead workers to work together effectively.
• Understand RC structural drawings and specifications; capable of calculating costs.
• Lead and manage a team of workers.
• Ensure smooth progress of site works.
• Assess and manage safety hazards on site.
• Complete records for site reports.
• Attend site management meetings.
• Control and maintain the safety and smooth progress of works.
• Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, and workers to ensure smooth and timely project implementation.
• Monitor site activities, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and schedule of works.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
