Project Overview

We’re gearing up for a national-level project supporting students preparing for their PSLE and O-Level exams. This year’s initiative will be bigger and bolder than ever, and we’re looking for passionate facilitators to guide and inspire students through engaging, purposeful workshops.

Workshop Schedule (Tentative)
  • Coaches Briefing (Zoom) Date and time to be confirmed
  • Coaches Training (In-Person) Two full-day training sessions | Dates to be confirmed
  • To join Workshop Series 2, you must have completed your O-Levels with A or B grades.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate engaging sessions for primary or secondary school students.
  • Deliver program content effectively to achieve learning outcomes.
  • Prepare ahead by reviewing materials and attending training/briefings.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-focused environment.
  • Address student questions and encourage participation.
  • Share feedback and observations with the organizing team post-sessions.
Key Requirements
  • Experience working with youth in workshops, schools, or enrichment settings.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Passion for student development and facilitation.
  • Being a registered MOE instructor is a plus.
  • Ability to commit to full-day sessions (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
  • Compensation details will be shared with selected coaches.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: From $100.00 per day
