As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, managing daily administrative tasks, and supporting our skilled practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical-grade facial salon, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff.
  2. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  3. Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
  4. Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in the office area.
  5. Support marketing initiatives and assist in promoting our advanced skin care services and treatments.
  6. Collaborate with management to develop and execute marketing strategies to promote services and increase clientele.
  7. Conduct performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.
  8. Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
  9. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
