Group Technology enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability, and innovation. In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and aim to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment.
2. Manage user permissions for tools according to project and application needs.
3. Automate deployment processes and ensure high availability.
4. Implement auto-scaling and failover strategies.
5. Manage cloud services (AWS and OpenShift).
6. Handle containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
7. Implement canary, Blue-Green, and Helm deployment models in OpenShift.
8. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
9. Improve system reliability through observability and proactive monitoring.
10. Automate alerts and notifications for system health monitoring.
11. Implement security best practices for CI/CD, cloud, and container environments.
12. Manage multiple responsibilities within tight deadlines.
13. Perform vulnerability scans, audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or a Master's degree.
2. 4+ years of experience with Jenkins CI/CD, GitHub, OpenShift, containers, and AWS.
3. Knowledge of Helm charts, service mesh (Istio), and container security.
4. Understanding of serverless architectures and cloud cost optimization.
5. Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, and Groovy.
6. Hands-on experience automating deployments using Ansible.
7. Knowledge of DevSecOps principles, vulnerability scanning, and security automation.
8. Experience with logging solutions like ELK Stack (Elasticsearch and Kibana).
9. Understanding of IAM roles and RBAC best practices.
10. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
11. Ability to work collaboratively with developers, QA, and security teams.
12. Experience in agile and DevOps cultures with a focus on continuous improvement.
13. LDAP integration experience.
14. Strong analytical skills.
15. Ability to work in a dynamic, agile environment.
16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
17. The position involves some customer interfacing.
18. Provide L1/L2 support.
