Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate day-to-day loan operations with internal back-office and treasury teams, including sending emails to relevant internal/external parties, system input, and updating loan files.
2. Perform KYC/AML screening, investigations, and reporting for new and existing client accounts.
3. Conduct ongoing covenants and credit monitoring, and assist with annual rating review reports.
4. Support investor analysis to aid the credit approval process for fund finance transactions.
5. Prepare and assist with various internal reports on performance and accounting for SG Branch/Tokyo Head Office.
6. Participate in fund finance initiative projects and facilitate their implementation.
7. Conduct or assist with market research to support the growth of the APAC fund finance business.
8. Assist with audit communications.
9. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan operations and the financial industry, preferably in fund finance, structured finance, or corporate finance.
2. Good understanding of banking products and culture.
3. Strong analytical and writing skills for generating and assisting with credit analysis reports.
4. Understanding of company policies and procedures, including credit, employment, compliance, and conduct.
5. Ability to work effectively in a small team with good teamwork ethics and cultural sensitivity.
