Responsibilities and Duties
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails
• Developing quotations, following up on sales leads, negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Gathering market and customer information and information of new projects. Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
• Negotiating variations in price and specifications with customers
• Ensuring quantities of goods are in stock
• Recording sales and order information
• Coordinate the delivery of goods
• Responsible for payment collection
