Job description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to helm the Corporate Services function of a high-performing, values-driven educational institution that plays a unique role at the intersection of education and national development .

In this pivotal position, you will lead a team of around 60 professionals spanning key functional areas such as Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Facilities, IT, and Governance . You will play a central role in enhancing operational excellence, driving cross-functional integration, and strengthening institutional sustainability.

This role is best suited for a senior professional who thrives in mission-centric , publicly accountable environments and can balance strategic foresight with strong execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate Services team in delivering effective operations across finance, procurement, HR, estate, IT, and compliance functions
• Oversee corporate planning, budget formulation, audit, risk, and governance matters
• Provide strategic input on organisational development and long-term resource planning
• Guide cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with institutional priorities
• Engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including management, board committees, and government-linked agencies
• Drive process improvements, digital transformation initiatives, and organisational resilience

Who We’re Looking For

• A degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Public Policy, or related field; a postgraduate qualification (e.g. MBA) is advantageous
• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience , with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
• Demonstrated leadership in two or more of the following areas: HR, Finance, Procurement, Governance, Facilities, or IT
• Strong ability to lead large teams and work across diverse functional domains
• Familiarity with governance practices in the public or education sector is an advantage
• High integrity, discretion, and maturity to handle evolving and sensitive institutional priorities
