Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Maritime

  • Position Title: Admin Assistant / Registration Clerk

  • Working Location: City Hall

  • Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (9.00am - 5.30pm)

  • Salary Package: Basic up to $3000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Yearly Increment

  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit documents for vessel registration.

  • Communicate and coordinate with ship owners, ship managers, lawyers, banks, and financial institutions.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date registration records.

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling and file management.

  • Respond to inquiries regarding vessel registration processes.

  • Other duties assigned by management.
