Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for General Manager

  • Coordinate meetings, recording of minutes for meetings and follow-up actions

  • General administrative support for Property Management Department

  • Assist in activities organised for tenants

  • Process, manage and track invoices to ensure prompt payment

  • Preparation of management reports

  • Responsible for general administrative matters including ordering of refreshments etc.

  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Job requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Property Management or Business Administration

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in property management industry preferred

  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

  • Independent, team player, problem solver, meticulous and have attention to details

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
