Key Responsibilities
Calendar management for General Manager
Coordinate meetings, recording of minutes for meetings and follow-up actions
General administrative support for Property Management Department
Assist in activities organised for tenants
Process, manage and track invoices to ensure prompt payment
Preparation of management reports
Responsible for general administrative matters including ordering of refreshments etc.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Job requirements
Diploma or Degree in Property Management or Business Administration
3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in property management industry preferred
Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
Independent, team player, problem solver, meticulous and have attention to details
Proficient in Microsoft Office
