Research Engineer (Environmental Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Materials Science)

Job Description
  • Conduct research and development on advanced desalination techniques.

  • Design and implement experimental setups for electro-coagulation, ultrafiltration, and reverse osmosis.

  • Analyze experimental data and optimize process efficiency.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance desalination performance while minimizing energy consumption.

  • Prepare technical reports, research publications, and presentations.

Qualifications
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.

  • Strong research background with a proven track record of publications and/or project contributions.

  • Experience with water treatment technologies, membrane filtration, or electrochemical processes is highly desirable.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team-oriented research environment.

  • Effective communication skills for technical documentation and collaboration.

  • Possession of a Singapore Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
