Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
