  • Actively engage with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences

  • Provide personalised recommendations on the most suitable travel and tour packages

  • Handle inquiries, bookings, and after-sales support for customers

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies and promotional campaigns

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to network and expand the customer base

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the travel and tourism industry
