Our client, a global leader in financial services, is hiring Account Managers to drive revenue and manage client relationships. You'll focus on portfolio management, growth opportunities, and client satisfaction.

Client Details

Our client is an international market leader in the field of financial services solutions sales. They have offices all over the world and serve most of the largest financial institutions across the globe. They have recently grown their portfolio of products and are now looking for sales professionals to join their team.

As an Account Manager, you will drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships and offering tailored solutions. You will work with diverse clients, from financial institutions to corporations, helping them leverage the company's products and services. Your responsibilities include managing client portfolios, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize client success.

Description

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of strategic clients across the ASEAN region.
  • Own the end-to-end client journey, from onboarding to ongoing management, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
  • Identify client goals, challenges, and business needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for escalations, ensuring timely resolution and continuous client satisfaction.
  • Regularly conduct business reviews with clients to track progress and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Drive adoption of products and services, proactively identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitor account health through metrics and engagement, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies tailored to the ASEAN market.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Experience working with Financial Institutions (Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Investment Banks, Private Equity, etc.)
